Self Pick Up?
As we are a fully-online lighting gallery, we will not be able to cater for self-collection due to the location of the warehouse we utilise.

Tracking?
Tracking is currently only available on your back-end manually, we will strive to deliver all orders within the lead times mentioned below
Please contact us via WhatsApp, only if your order is delayed and has exceeded the lead times.

Early-Bird & Discount Promotions
2 to 3 Weeks Delivery Lead Times
You will receive a message/WhatsApp from either HS Express Ltd, Keizen Pte Ltd, Ninja Van or Singpost for your delivery once your lighting are ready.
Please ensure you do not select the standard delivery option if you applied the discount codes, if you wilfully do so despite the advisories, we will not entertain any requests for expedited deliveries.

Standard Delivery
Delivery is expected to take anywhere from SEVEN to NINE WORKING DAYS.
Our appointed logistics provider will contact you to arrange for delivery one working day, you may reschedule & request a timing when you are contacted.
You will receive a message/WhatsApp from either HS Express Ltd, Keizen Pte Ltd, Ninja Van or Singpost for your delivery once your lighting are ready.

Delayed Delivery
If you order is delayed based on the lead times above from your dated order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8882-2599 for an update & rest assured we will do our best to handle your delivery matters expeditiously.

Exceptions
For Packages, Customized requests & Orders with more than 10 QTYs. Default lead time of 2-3 weeks is required.
For Delivery to Army Camps, Sentosa and Remote Areas;
a standard fee of 65.00/Trip is applicable
