Payments

All general credit/debit cards issued by Visa/Masters/Amex are accepted. 

Apple/Google Pay methods for quick check-out are available as well.

Hoolah, Buy Now Pay Later, with 0% interest and 3 instalments are also accepted 

PayNow, Grabpay accepted.

Returns

Yes, there is a 6 months warranty on all LEDs sources & 1 year on lamp body. (unless otherwise specified).

However, do note that they do not cover aesthetic damages & any of free bulbs provided to you. If it’s a blatant defect, get in touch with us and we will arrange necessary for you the soonest to get a replacement

To facilitate any warranty claims, you will need to provide us with basic information and supported with video/photos.

For example, a no connection light up can be shown via a test pen that no connection is available. For damages, please show us photos or videos of the affected parts etc before installation.

Please check all items upon receiving and let us know if there are any issues.

We will strictly not entertain requests for exchanges/returns/refunds after item has been installed.

We accept returns/exchanges only if product received is damaged/defective and prior to installation of product. All products once installed are deemed to be acceptable.

Please note that 'change-of-mind' is not accepted due to operational reasons. 

Please check all items upon un-boxing and contact us with a video/photos of the damages prior to installation to initiate returns/exchanges.

Shipping

Can I Request to Expedite My Shipping?

There is currently no express shipping methods available due to the lack of options and sky-high prices. 

We maintain to do our best for delivery soonest possible, as there is no good reason to delay your order/s on purpose. 

It takes approximately 7-9 working days for your lights to arrive at your doorstep. But they usually arrive earlier if we are not having any major promotions, so fret not & order away!


With the early-bird promotion, delivery takes 2-3 weeks.


Our logistics providers will contact you before delivery usually 1-2 days in advance. See Delivery Matters for more info

It will not be possible to physically view our items.

Our modus operandi, is to provide the most cost-effective solution to your home/business lighting needs.

If you are really interested, go ahead & view them in the other lighting stores, get a quote and come to us, we'll be more than glad to match & go lower where we can do so.

However, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Just let us know which LED Ceiling Light, Pendant Lights, or Wall Lamps that you may be interested in and we'd gladly try to provide additional actual photos from previous installations to you.

Unfortunately, In order to keep prices low, we have no intentions of opening up a storefront which will incur costs of up to ~$6,000 a month. These are costs that retailers pass on to consumers like you. They are not truly factory-direct prices if you think about it.. 

Anything that is hung by a cord can be extended, in general, we offer free extensions up till 4 metres of cord, thereafter it is chargeable at 15.00/metre run or part thereof.

Installation Matters
Installation is not included in all selling prices, kindly refrain from assuming it is so. Installation prices listed are as below & with ranges because the scope of work and requirements may be different for each customer.

We can usually arrange for the installation within 2 working days once you’ve received your order.

Once your orders have arrived safely to you, please un-box & check the condition of the items before you install or request for us to install. 

A 40.00/trip of charge will be imposed if our electricians arrive and you do not wish to proceed with installation.
