Shipping policy

We ship directly from our network of quality hand-picked suppliers that were narrowed down through years of careful selection. They could originate from Taiwan, China, Malaysia or the United States. 

Standard Delivery
The standard delivery time is 7 to 9 working days, subjected to any delays due to inclement in weather and all goes well. 

Early Bird Delivery
If the early bird promotion discount code is applied during its active period of promotion, the lead time is automatically extended to 2 - 3 weeks. 

Delivery Time
Morning Slot - 9:30 am to 12:00 pm <Monday to Friday>
Afternoon Slot - 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm <Monday to Friday>
