The Tri-Tone option allows you to toggle between light temperatures 3000K / 4500K / 6000K. They will work with existing wall switches & no modifications of any sort are required as the control module & LEDs driver are built-in & integrated.

Please ensure you do not select the standard delivery option if you applied the discount codes, if you wilfully do so despite the advisories, we will not entertain any requests for expedited deliveries.
Self Pick Up?
As we are a fully-online lighting gallery, we will not be able to cater for self-collection due to the location of the warehouse we utilise.
Tracking?
Tracking is currently only available on your back-end manually, we will strive to deliver all orders within the lead times mentioned below

Exceptions
For Packages, Customized requests & Orders with more than 10 QTYs. Default lead time of 2-3 weeks is required.
For Delivery to Army Camps, Sentosa and Remote Areas;
a standard fee of 65.00/Trip is applicable
Need Installation?
- Engage our electrians to perform the required works for your new purchase!
- Simply Contact Us via WhatsApp once your lighting arrives to schedule for an installation!
- For High Ceilings > 3.2 meters in height, kindly contact us separately for a quotation on the works required.
- For other electrical works such as shifting of electrical points, false ceiling works and installation of other products, kindly contact us for a separate quote
How long is the lead time for installation?
We will arrange for the installation within 2 working days once you’ve received your order with us <Please contact us via WhatsApp to let us know if you need installation>. Once your orders have arrived safely to you, please un-box & check the condition of the items before you install or request for us to install. The items, once installed, will not be eligible for any refunds/returns/exchanges.
But, I really like your lights & would like to view them.
It will not be possible to physically view our items.
- However, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Just let us know which LED Ceiling Light, Pendant Lights, or Wall Lamps that you may be interested in and we'd gladly try to provide additional actual photos from previous installations to you.
- Unfortunately, In order to keep prices low, we have no intentions of opening up a storefront which will incur costs of up to ~$6,000 a month. These are costs that retailers pass on to consumers like you. They are not truly factory-direct prices if you think about it..
Can I Request to Extend My Cords?
- Anything that is hung by a cord can be extended, in general, we offer free extensions up till 4 metres of cord, thereafter it is chargeable at 15.00/metre run or part thereof.

Do you have a warranty on your lights?
- Yes, there is a 6 months warranty on all LEDs sources & 1 year on lamp body. However, do note that they do not cover aesthetic damages & any of free bulbs provided to you. If it’s a blatant defect, get in touch with us and we will arrange necessary for you the soonest to get a replacement
- To facilitate any warranty claims, you will need to provide us with basic information and supported with video/photos. For example, a no connection light up can be shown via a test pen that no connection is available. For damages, please show us photos or videos of the affected parts etc before installation.
- Please check all items upon receiving and let us know if there are any issues.
- We will strictly not entertain requests for exchanges/returns/refunds after item has been installed.
Returns & Exchange?
- We accept returns/exchanges only if product received is damaged/defective and prior to installation of product. All products once installed are deemed to be acceptable.
- Please check all items upon un-boxing and contact us with a video/photos of the damages prior to installation to initiate returns/exchanges.
- Please note that change-of-mind is not accepted due to operational reasons.
