You will receive a message/WhatsApp from either HS Express Ltd, Keizen Pte Ltd, Ninja Van or Singpost for your delivery once your lighting are ready.

Please ensure you do not select the standard delivery option if you applied the discount codes, if you wilfully do so despite the advisories, we will not entertain any requests for expedited deliveries.

Standard Delivery

Delivery is expected to take anywhere from SEVEN to NINE WORKING DAYS.

Our appointed logistics provider will contact you to arrange for delivery one working day, you may reschedule & request a timing when you are contacted.

You will receive a message/WhatsApp from either HS Express Ltd, Keizen Pte Ltd, Ninja Van or Singpost for your delivery once your lighting are ready.

Delayed Delivery

If you order is delayed based on the lead times above from your dated order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8882-2599 for an update & rest assured we will do our best to handle your delivery matters expeditiously.

Exceptions

For Packages, Customized requests & Orders with more than 10 QTYs. Default lead time of 2-3 weeks is required.

For Delivery to Army Camps, Sentosa and Remote Areas;

a standard fee of 65.00/Trip is applicable

Need Installation?

Engage our electrians to perform the required works for your new purchase!
Simply Contact Us via WhatsApp once your lighting arrives to schedule for an installation!
For High Ceilings > 3.2 meters in height, kindly contact us separately for a quotation on the works required.
For other electrical works such as shifting of electrical points, false ceiling works and installation of other products, kindly contact us for a separate quote

How long is the lead time for installation?
We will arrange for the installation within 2 working days once you’ve received your order with us <Please contact us via WhatsApp to let us know if you need installation>. Once your orders have arrived safely to you, please un-box & check the condition of the items before you install or request for us to install. The items, once installed, will not be eligible for any refunds/returns/exchanges.

Installation Matters
Installation is not included in all selling prices, kindly refrain from assuming it is so. Installation prices listed are as below & with ranges because the scope of work and requirements may be different for each customer. Please contact us if you need any assistance. Below is a guidance price list and subject to actual site conditions & actual products purchased along with the points mentioned below.

Can I Request to Expedite My Shipping?
There is currently no express shipping methods available due to the lack of options and sky-high prices.

Are there any requirements for Free-delivery?
No, there isn’t and will not be any. All our Pendant Lights & LED Ceiling Lights & Wall Lamps are competitively priced to ensure quality & cost-savings. Even if you purchased a single piece of item, we will be glad to absorb all shipping costs have them delivered to your doorstep!

How long does it take for my lights to arrive?

It takes approximately 7-9 working days for your lights to arrive at your doorstep. But they usually arrive earlier if we are not having any major promotions, so fret not & order away!
With the early-bird promotion, delivery takes 2-3 weeks.
Our logistics providers will contact you before delivery usually 1-2 days in advance. See Delivery Matters for more info

But, I really like your lights & would like to view them.

Our modus operandi, is to provide the most cost-effective solution to your home/business lighting needs. If you are really interested, go ahead & view them in the other lighting stores, get a quote and come to us, we'll be more than glad to match & go lower where we can do so.
It will not be possible to physically view our items.

However, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Just let us know which LED Ceiling Light, Pendant Lights, or Wall Lamps that you may be interested in and we'd gladly try to provide additional actual photos from previous installations to you.
Unfortunately, In order to keep prices low, we have no intentions of opening up a storefront which will incur costs of up to ~$6,000 a month. These are costs that retailers pass on to consumers like you. They are not truly factory-direct prices if you think about it..

Can I Request to Extend My Cords?

Anything that is hung by a cord can be extended, in general, we offer free extensions up till 4 metres of cord, thereafter it is chargeable at 15.00/metre run or part thereof.

Do you have a warranty on your lights?

Yes, there is a 6 months warranty on all LEDs sources & 1 year on lamp body. However, do note that they do not cover aesthetic damages & any of free bulbs provided to you. If it’s a blatant defect, get in touch with us and we will arrange necessary for you the soonest to get a replacement

To facilitate any warranty claims, you will need to provide us with basic information and supported with video/photos. For example, a no connection light up can be shown via a test pen that no connection is available. For damages, please show us photos or videos of the affected parts etc before installation.
Please check all items upon receiving and let us know if there are any issues.

We will strictly not entertain requests for exchanges/returns/refunds after item has been installed.

Returns & Exchange?

We accept returns/exchanges only if product received is damaged/defective and prior to installation of product. All products once installed are deemed to be acceptable.

Please check all items upon un-boxing and contact us with a video/photos of the damages prior to installation to initiate returns/exchanges.

Please note that change-of-mind is not accepted due to operational reasons.

Trust me, this light really adds a alot of depth and enhances the interior looks of your house. I contemplated sharing this review as selfishly don't want others to have same lamp set as us 🤣 but no la, good stuff have to share with bros and sis!

All good except long delivery time. Nevertheless, we are happy with product received and it's working fine looking perfect, hence this is still 5 star worthy. The overall experience was still decent and really just missed a little with the delivery.
